We work online. Documents come in through the form and translations go back digitally, so there is nothing to come in for and no counter here to visit. Send yours over and you will have a quote back the same working day.

What we do

We translate official documents and issue them with a signed certificate of accuracy: birth and marriage certificates, household registers, academic records, police clearances, licences and company documents, for people dealing with an authority that has asked for an English version.

Work is quoted as one fixed figure from the document itself, before anything starts, and delivered digitally. Documents are handled in confidence and are not kept on record beyond the job.

How we talk about requirements

Requirements differ by authority, and they change. ICA, MOM and the courts each publish their own position and none of them is quite the same as the others. Where this site states what an authority asks for, it links to the page that authority publishes it on, with the date we last checked it, so you can read the current wording rather than take ours for it.

Where an authority does not need something, we would rather say so than sell it to you. It is cheaper for you to ask the office receiving your document what it wants before ordering anything, and we will match what they say.

Notarisation

Some authorities, ICA among them, want a translation notarised rather than certified alone. A notary public is a separate office from a translation company, so that step is carried out by our partner law firm, JCP Law LLC and additional statutory fees would apply.

Everything reaches us through the form on this site rather than a phone line or a counter. It keeps one intake to answer, and it means your document arrives in the same place as your question about it.

Send your document

Attach a scan or a photograph. We reply with a fixed price and a turnaround, usually same day.

  • A fixed price agreed before any work starts
  • A signed certificate of accuracy with every translation
  • Most languages, whether or not they are listed here
  • Usually quoted same day
  • Held in confidence and deleted automatically after 30 days, or sooner if requested

What you need

Your documents

They upload into private storage, and they are used for nothing but answering this enquiry. Thirty days after you send them, the documents and the enquiry are deleted automatically from our systems, or sooner if you ask. Nothing is shared beyond the people translating your document, and the notary if you have asked for notarisation.
