Certified translation with apostille
An apostille authenticates a document for use in another country party to the Hague Convention. Singapore has issued apostilles since 2021, and where a translation is involved it is normally certified, then notarised, then apostilled, in that order.
The order matters
Doing these steps out of sequence is the usual reason a document has to be redone. What gets apostilled is the notarised document, so the translation has to exist and be notarised first.
Destination checked first
An apostille only works for countries in the Convention. Where the destination is outside it, consular legalisation is the route instead, and we will say so before you spend anything.
Certified for the authority you name
Every translation is delivered with a signed certificate of accuracy issued by us, stating the source and target languages, the document and the date, which is what an authority is looking for when it asks for a certified translation.

Express and same day are not automatic. Whether a deadline can be met depends on how long the document is, how complex it is, and what time it reaches us. We confirm what is actually possible in the quote, before you commit to anything.
